Brick Township, located in Ocean County, New Jersey, is a coastal community with a rich history and a growing population. As of 2023, the township's population was estimated at 76,021, reflecting a steady increase in recent years. Established in 1850, Brick Township was named in honor of Joseph W. Brick, the owner of the Bergen Iron Works, who significantly contributed to the area's early development. The township encompasses several small villages, including Adamston, Burrsville, Herbertsville, and Mantoloking, each adding to its unique character.
